Program Management Organization

MJE’s new Program Management Organization (PMO) will provide construction management to customers for power delivery projects including lines, substations, and power plants. Early involvement at the preplanning phase of the program enables MJE to provide value to customers with preconstruction planning, subcontracting services, cost control, scheduling coordination, quality assurance, and safety relating to the prime electrical scope of work.
Our detail oriented management approach, dedication to safety excellence, and commitment to total quality management provides an effective and efficient way to manage your program process. The foundation for a successful project starts with early program planning. Most jobs are won or lost before they start construction. The ability for a prime contractor to be involved at the early planning stage is paramount in today’s fast track life cycle of most projects. Early feedback on material/equipment pricing and lead time, along with means/methods and logistical studies, can provide the owner with vital information required for a more efficient design and engineering process.
Our skilled managers have the capability to detect uncertainties and identifying red flags at every stage of a project's execution. Major construction projects are multi-faceted, frequently involving numerous subcontractors, suppliers, workers, and millions of dollars in material, equipment, and services. MJE provides the Program Management Services necessary to successfully manage these complex projects.
