Construction of the Morgan Substation expansion in Oconto County, Wisconsin. New 345 kV and 138 kV terminals were added to Morgan Substation as part of the ongoing Bay Lakes project, an ATC initiative to construct new 138 kV and 345 kV circuits across northeast Wisconsin. The project execution was a collaboration between an MJE site expansion group, a substation crew, and MJE Drilling. Project scope included site and fence expansion, 120 new foundations (drilled piers, breaker pads, and a new control house), and two new complete substation terminals.
