connects to the Minnkota Power Cooperative's Pillsbury 230 kV Substation. Ashtabula Wind Center is the largest North Dakota wind
facility to date.

Expansion of the existing 345/34.5 kV substation to handle additional power generated by the 66 GE windmills that make up the Elm Creek
Wind Farm project. This substation expansion involved adding a new 345 kV switchyard bay, 34.5 kV to 345 kV transformer, switchgear
building, 34.5 kV capacitor bank. This substation was built with room for expansion in the future.

Project involved construction of Blue Mound Substation and tie to ComEd central Illinois grid at 345 kV. The work included relaying modifications
as required on either side of Blue Mound tie point and construction of five miles of single circuit 345 kV transmission line to Blue Mound ComEd interconnect substation.

Lake Benton Wind Farm Electrical Installation - Phase II - Lake Benton, MN

Installation included 143 padmount transformers and elbow terminations, secondary connections, along
with 24 miles of underground three-phase 34.5 kV power cables, six-pair communication cable, and fiber optic cable.
Overhead line installation associated with the wind farm included 26 miles of three-phase, 34.5 kV line with connections
to riser poles. Four interconnect substations were also installed for the wind farm.
