Dan assists in developing and executing Individual Development Plans for key leaders within MJE out of the Oxford, MI office.  Dan previously held the position of Vice President of the North Central Region. Before beginning with MJE in 2004, he held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Townsend Tree Service and N.G. Gilbert Corp. in Indiana for 28 years and served on the Board of Directors for both companies. Dan has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ball State University.
