TRAINING

Training for safety, project management, and construction practices are key to the development of our field and management personnel. We provide the highest level of training experiences using the latest innovations and technology in our industry.

Employees can take advantage of our career development opportunities to prepare for a leadership role or learn a specific skill set. Safety training is an integral part of the employee onboarding process and requires regular “refresher” courses. All training is tracked to ensure that qualified resources are available to safely and efficiently deliver construction services.

As part of Quanta Services, we also have access to training through the Quanta Advanced Training Center and the Northwest Lineman College which offer specialized training across the electric power, pipeline, industrial, and communications industries.
