Steven oversees a dedicated safety team from the Leesport, PA office. He is focused on developing and implementing safety programs to ensure employee safety and regulatory compliance through innovative strategies, including targeted training and comprehensive safety systems. He has held previous positions of Field Safety Representative, Manager of Safety and Health, and Director of Safety and Health, before being promoted to Vice President – Safety, Health, and Environmental then Vice President – SHE Innovation & Strategy. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Safety Studies from Keene State College. He is the recipient of the 2024 Quanta CEO Innovation Award with his Step & Touch Potential Simulator, and the 2022 Quanta Wilson Yancey Safety Professional of the Year. Steven serves the industry as the Vice Chairman of IUOTA and represents Quanta Services on the OSHA ET&D Partnership – Task Team II. He is also recognized as a Certified Utility Safety Professional (CUSP).
