Bill oversees the Eastern Operations out of the Leesport, PA office. Previously, he held positions of Senior Vice President, Director of Operations, Operations Manager, and Project Manager prior before being promoted to President – MJ East. Prior to MJE, Bill worked as Project Manager at Fischbach and Moore. He is on both the Local Union 126 and 1319 apprentice subcommittees. He has an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University.
