Brad serves as Vice President of MJ Civil, overseeing MJ Drilling and MJ Excavating operations. In this role, he provides leadership, direction, and guidance while supporting the group’s continued growth and performance. He began his career in 2004 as a GM truck driver, later advancing into equipment operations before joining M. J. Electric in 2009 as a Foreman. Brad played a key role in launching MJ Drilling in 2013 and has since held positions including Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, and General Superintendent, prior to his promotion to Vice President in 2026. With more than 21 years of experience in foundation operations, Brad has been instrumental in workforce development initiatives. He partnered with the Missouri Valley Training Program to help develop a foundation certificate program and collaborated with Quanta Services and its operating companies to establish a Foundation Transmission Technician program.
