Cole oversees the MJ Civil Group (MJ Drilling and MJ Excavating) out of the Iron Mountain, MI office. He has held positions of Project Manager/Estimator, Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and Vice President before being promoted to President – MJ Civil. He also has 15+ years of experience in utility construction including previous positions at Michels Power and as a MIOSHA Construction Safety Consultant. Cole holds a Bachelor of Construction Management with a Business Administration minor from Northern Michigan University where he is also a member of their Construction Management Advisory Committee.
