Cole oversees the MJ Civil Group (MJ Drilling and MJ Excavating) out of the Iron Mountain, MI office. He has held positions of Vice President, Director of Operations, Operations Manager, and Project Manager/Estimator before being promoted to President – MJ Civil.  He also has 15+ years of experience in utility construction including previous positions at Michels Power and as a MIOSHA Construction Safety Consultant.  Cole holds a Bachelor of Construction Management with a Business Administration minor from Northern Michigan University where he is also a member of their Construction Management Advisory Committee.
