Matthew serves as Senior Vice President of MJ West, based in MJE’s Center Point, Iowa office. In this role, he leads MJE’s pursuit and execution of 765kV transmission and substation projects and coordinating efforts across MJ East, West, and Civil operations. Since joining MJE in 2013 as a Project Manager, Matthew has also held the positions of Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and Senior Director of Operations, before being promoted to Senior Vice President. Prior to this role, Matthew had operational oversight of all transmission, distribution, and substation work in Iowa along with other Western US projects. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, where he was an active member of the Construction Club. He also holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management.
