Rebuild 12 miles of 4 kV line to 12 kV. The existing 2/0 CU wire was reconductored to 336.4 ACSR and 2AA conductor along with replacement of associated hardware, transformers, fuses, and switches. Nearly 170 poles were reused and 400 poles were replaced.
